The Rose Pothier, Esq. Educational Scholarship Fund was established in 1994 for the purpose of awarding financial assistance towards attendance at the CEA Annual Educational Conference. Over the last 30 years, the Scholarship use has changed so that the recipient may use as they see fit. Attend escrow meetings, or spend it on personal events, the $250 Scholarships are theirs to use. The Scholarship is supported by attorney Rose Pothier and will enable newer escrow employees to benefit from the educational programs planned and presented by the California Escrow Association at its Annual Educational Conference or the Regional Escrow Associations should the recipient choose to attend.
